ARH Names New Chief Financial Officer

Alleghany Regional Hospital is pleased to announce Joe Jeans has joined the hospital as its’ new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective January 21, 2004. In his new position, Jeans is directly responsible for all financial matters involving ARH, including preparation of operating and capital budgets, revenue generation, resource management initiatives, expense management and day-to-day management of the hospital’s financial functions.

Jeans is a Certified Public Accountant with many years of professional accounting experience with HCA, Alleghany Regional Hospital’s parent company. He served as Controller at both, Southern Hills Medical Center, Nashville, TN and Southwest Texas Methodist Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. He began his career with HCA as Senior II Auditor in Nashville, TN.

Most recently, Jeans served as the Controller for Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville TN. A native of Tennessee, Jeans received his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Memphis State University, in Memphis, Tennessee.
